The first group of people are people who are already successful in their network marketing business. Their main reason for doing a search on network marketing training is because they want to continue to learn and to grow and move their business forward.

The second group of people are people who have been in network marketing for a few months or maybe even a year or so and things are still stagnant. Your business may not be moving at a pace that you want it to move in and you are looking for some network marketing training.

There are four phases that network marketers go through when they get involved in this industry:

Phase 1 – Unconsciously Incompetent: In this stage, you have no clue as to what you are doing and are unaware of this fact. But, you are very excited about your new business and are actively talking to people, trying to recruit, etc. And usually some good things will come out of your efforts.

Phase 2 – Consciously Incompetent: As time moves on, there may be people in your organization that will quit on themselves and things don’t seem to be as easy as you thought it was going to be and you get to a point where you are consciously incompetent and you wake up one day and realize that you have no idea on what you are doing. You thought things were going to be great and suddenly things are not going your way. This is the phase when most people will quit the business. This is the time when you should seek network marketing training.

Phase 3 – Consciously Competent – In this stage you have good direction, good leadership support and training from someone who knows what they are doing. They’ve given you a road map to follow. The trick is that you have to consciously think of every move you make in your business. Your very focused and you are consciously competent and are focusing on the daily activities to move your business forward.

Phase 4 – Unconsciously Competent – You can do this business in your sleep, you are dealing with hundreds or thousands of people and you understand that in your business, the real product is people. And as time moves on, you know exactly what you are going to do and how you are going to do them and can pretty much predict on what the outcome is going to be. And at this point, the business becomes very simple, fun and can become very profitable as well.

Unfortunately, most people are stuck between phase 1 and 2. At this point, think about where you need help in your business. Be aware and don’t be afraid to admit that you need help. However, whatever phase that you feel you are in, the bottom line is, you were looking for network marketing training which is how you stumbled upon this article.

So remember…The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning.
